Dr. Valentino and the whole staff could not possibly take better care of our dog, Gucci. They listen, they're responsive, they're extremely knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond, really and truly, to make sure my pup is well cared for. He sees Dr. Valentino for veterinary care, and we've also boarded him here for a vacation, and the care he received was unbelievable. I feel lucky to have found such a caring practice.

We’ve been extremely satisfied with vet services for our dogs as well as boarding. The care is outstanding and our dogs seem happier going to the vet than at our 2 previous locations. We’ve never waited more than 2 minutes for our appointment, have always had clear billing paid before boarding and never had additional charges or extensions at pick up. I’m stunned to see negative reviews.
We started using this vet office in 2022 when we moved to Powell after being with a previous vet for about 10 years. I cannot say enough good things about Olentangy Premier Pet - specifically Dr. Ramos! We have two older Newfoundland dogs and a Great Pyrenees mix. We are somewhat overly cautious and may overreact a bit when one of our babies acts "off" but the folks here always treat us with compassion, urgency, and concern.
