RecommendedI love bringing my son to see Dr. Milton but the front desk staff is UNBELIEVABLY rude every time I call or speak to anyone . It’s really unfortunate considering that’s the first contact point for patients.
My daughters had such a great experience with Dr. Patel today. She is great with kids, and my girls were smiling from start to finish. After driving for over and hour, someone called to tell me that my appointment was 30 minutes earlier than what I thought it was (totally my mistake). I also got lost after learning that I was already late, and the staff were extremely understanding and still allowed my daughters (age 2 and 3) to have their teeth cleaned and examined. We drive about an hour to get to Olentangy pediatric dentistry and it so worth it. With four kids from a 13 year old with special needs to a wild 3 year old they work their wonders. They are always kind and patient with the kids and extremely accommodating. I can’t sing enough praises.
Thank you for being patient and taking such great care of my little boy. Having autism, has made him fear having his mouth and face touched. But everyone was kind and gentle! ❤️
We travel 40 mins to see Dr. Jeff and his staff. I highly recommend this office. I have worked in the dental industry for a couple years now and some of these comments about the staff just trying to get money is insane to me. There’s so many people out there that have no clue the amount of care a dentist provides and all the backlash they get from a diagnosis of a tooth. (Treatment Coordinator here). This staff is top notch. My son loves coming here and I always leave knowing he’s had the best care.
So thankful for olentangy pedatric dentistry my little guy needed work done and Dr Monica did great!
