Office staff are super nice and friendly. But the wait time was crazy and honestly didn’t feel like the doctor actually listened to what I said about my daughter just assumed stuff, she was super adamant on testing my daughter for anemia even though there is no history or even a concern. Was very confused about why and to have me and my daughter wait a full hour after our appointment time is ridiculous.
We went for our annual check-up and had such a great experience. Dr. Nakonechna was incredibly knowledgeable and so sweet throughout the entire visit. Made sure to answer all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed at all. She also did a very thorough physical exam, we truly felt listened and well taken care of, highly recommend!
