Make their appointment time the same time as the appointment, not 30 to 45 minutes before, especially when the paperwork had been filled out and handed in when I arrived. I also run a business and my time is as valuable as the Dr.'s time and doctors need to understand that!

Wonderful care by Dr. Petersen and staff. It is nice to be able to get in quickly, hardly any wait, and everyone is very caring!

Amazing Doctor! After a surgery gone bad (from another doctor) Dr. Pedersen not only fixed my foot but did a super job in Prettying it up. So glad someone gave me his name. Takes as long as you need to understand what's wrong and how to fix it. I highly recommend him!
I have been extremely pleased and impressed with the care I receive at this office. The staff is great! They are warm and welcoming and obviously enjoy a camaraderie that only comes through working together with mutual liking and respect. Dr. Pedersen is one of the nicest doctors I have ever seen. Although my issues weren't resolved, I didn't have any issue with the doctor or his assistant. The office manager, however, was difficult and argumentative. Business practices are questionable (undisclosed refund policy and hidden fees). I was accused of being dishonest during a paid office visit, to my face, followed by a follow-up letter (2 page rant) a few days later reiterating the same insult accompanied by another unjustified bill. So not worth the trouble, will be finding another doctor.
Dr Pedersen was very helpful and professional when it came to working with my son with autism. He made him feel at ease and was very understanding and accommodating of his needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the office manager was informative and knowledgeable about my insurance and my portion of the bill. They were great to work with and some of he kindest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I would highly recommend Dr Pedersen to anyone.
