I was in need of a small repair job. Most of the companies I reached out to did not return my voicemails. When I spoke to Scott at Olde Tyme Floor Co., he said even though it wasn't a big job, he would add me to his schedule as soon as he had an opening. True to his word, he did. I really appreciated his reliability and follow through. His guys were great and finished earlier than expected. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
I am grateful for Scott Schneider of Olde Tyme Floor Company for solving a mystery! I have just had engineered wood flooring installed in my home, (by a general contractor, not a specialized flooring contractor like Scott - mistake #1!) and couldn't understand why I didn't like the finished result!!!
