Exquisite floors because Ron says they are exquisite floors!!! A word of advice - inspect what they do each day (especially before they stain and seal your floors) because they don't! After installing a board with staples or whatever in the middle of my family room and scratching a board with a drill bit or whatever in front of my fireplace Ron refuses to replace both. My wife and I were excited about having exquisite wood floors installed but instead we had a scratched defective floor installed for thousands of dollars by R... read more
