The front desk staff are darlings. They will not remake your glasses within the 100 day period until theyre right. Tina did not tell me that I could not return or switch out my frames until AFTER I purchased them and she also reassured me when i asked that the shape of the frames i chose were fine with my prescription. The refraction techs dont know what they're doing and I do not have a correct RX from them and Tina will default polish on all lenses even when you have an astigmatism, which is absolutely insane, and then cha... read more
Guys, this is bad. You have Cha Cha fever with AI dancers on endless loop in the lobby. Why? Is it some way of discouraging people to wait in the lobby? I mean, I have listened for 53 minutes now. Its not cute. It is insulting and it makes yoy look like you value AI so much that I wonder if AI governs more than just your lobby. The 2 ladies in the lobby who have to hear this every day must be NPCs or some new AI androids since they haven't quit the job in the last 53 minutes. There are better music options for your lobby. Most irritable,& difficult if you try to get help after you buy from them. The tips over my ear had a circular shape which hurt even after many adjustments. They wouldn't hurt right away but after a day of wearing them, I would get a headache. The lenses were perfect! Best I ever had. But when I asked to send them back the reply was "what do you want done? Just chop them off!" I said " gee I don't know. Could they could just file or melt. I don't really know what they will do." Tina is very nice and knowledgeable but this place is extremely over priced. Everyone I talked with prescription cost the same minus the frames.. Take your prescription somewhere else!
