Most irritable,& difficult if you try to get help after you buy from them. The tips over my ear had a circular shape which hurt even after many adjustments. They wouldn't hurt right away but after a day of wearing them, I would get a headache. The lenses were perfect! Best I ever had. But when I asked to send them back the reply was "what do you want done? Just chop them off!" I said " gee I don't know. Could they could just file or melt. I don't really know what they will do." Tina is very nice and knowledgeable but this place is extremely over priced. Everyone I talked with prescription cost the same minus the frames.. Take your prescription somewhere else!
Never on time…. Not once has an appointment been on time…has been at least 30 minutes behind each time I have been there. :(. Staff and Dr. are very nice but not on time, they need the appointment slots longer so they stay on time
Tina is amazing and very helpful with choosing frames. Felt like she may have been dealing with some personal issues but remained very courteous and professional. She's the best!!!
