The sugar cookies are, hands down, the best I’ve ever had!
Everyone at the wedding loved the cake and it was GONE as soon as it was cut. We definitely sent some business your way. Knocked it out of the park Olde Towne Bakery! I can't add a picture??
Normally we'd give the bakery a 5 as they did a wonderful job w/my daughter's wedding cake & cookies last summer. Everything is delicious here. Unfortunately, we picked up a preordered cake (which we still had to wait over 15 mins. for girls to find it) for grad. & ordered RASPBERRY FILLED. Upon cutting Sat night, no filling. When called Sun am was told to bring back cake or take a photo & email & they'll provide a store credit. Really?.?. You make an error, & we're supposed to be inconvenienced, & do this & do that? Very sorry for the mistake. And I am so sorry for your wait while they found your cake. It’s our busiest time and we literally have cakes piled up in every nook and cranny so it does take a while to find them sometimes. So sorry again. As for the picture or piece of cake, it is not that we distrust you, it is actually to show the decorators their mistake in forgetting to fill the cake. It is just our policy as by the time we see that decorator again we usually forget to let them know of the mistake so we like to get a pictur... read more
This used to be my family's favorite place to order cakes and cookies from. The last few times the cakes haven't looked or even tasted all that great. Sad to say!! Also...the customer service is lacking big time now days!
Cake was beautiful but the taste was awful. Very disappointed
Every year I order a cake for my daughter's birthday. We love your cake and this year was a special one as my daughter hit double digits 10!! Her Paris cake was a perfect and turned out better then what we asked for!! Of course it tasted delicious as it always does!! Thank you again!!

Front lady’s need more customer service expierence!!!!! She told me they don’t do quarter sheets and there was a review where they did one for another person.. they have suggested something else! Instead of just laughing because I CANCELED my order for being rude!

Hi Sandra, Actually you wanted a cross cutout from a 1/4 sheet. We do make 1/4 sheet cakes, we do not cut out cross cakes from a 1/4 sheet. They would end up being teeny tiny. Sorry you were misunderstanding us.. We only do cutout crosses from a 1/2 sheet size and up.
