RecommendedFantastic cake! We had our 3-tier wedding cake made and delivered to our venue and it was flawless. The best cake we tasted!!
So my sister and I went to order cakes just this past Wednesday because I told my sister this was a great place to get cakes from. My sister picked up the two cake today and the customer service was horrible. They put the cakes in boxes that did not close over the cake completely which makes no sense at all and when she said something about it the staff acted like it was no problem and careless. This review is not about the quality of their products, but the quality of their customer service. which was very poor when i encountered this bakery at the bridal expo held a few days ago at the taxslayer center. there was a young lady who was working the booth and she was very dry and did not provide us with any information regarding wedding cakes even though we stated that's what were were looking for. Try the large peanut butter cookies with Reese’s pieces. Only want my birthday cake from Olde Towne. And, try cherry chip cake with butter cream frosting. Best ever!!
