My husband and I arrived for our 7pm dinner RESERVATION on New Year's Eve to find a sign that simply said you were closed and to go to a different restaurant on the pier. We were shocked/sad/irritated. Is this it for the olde port inn?

Angela seemed overwhelmed and not able to keep up. The couple next to us sat down after us and completed their meal before we were even served. She was a little on the rude side when we explained the bartender took our drink order and she said she has to put it in the computer and tell her again because obviously she couldn't ask the bartender what we ordered.
