Layout-wise, this course is one of the most interesting in North Louisiana. I would love to be able to give them a solid 5-star rating. Sadly, the greens are totally gone (some to the point of needing a total replacement). If a group with the funds were to invest in the course condition, it could easy be a top five contender in the state.
Not sure why the doors are still open. I would be ashamed if I were Hal Sutton or the state of Louisiana to have my name associated with this joke. STAY AWAY!!!!

This was tragically a pathetic course to play. Had my father visiting, the last visit was in Oct 2014, and we played this course back then. Night and day difference. The course is in such disarray, the management should be fired. Greens are in terrible shape, fairways and sand traps have grown over. No way you make a put inside of 10 feet, like the game Plinko from the Price is Right. Very sad to see how far the course has fallen from 2014. I would be pissed if I owned one of those nice homes that surround some of the holes.
I have to agree with the last two reviewsi read, great layout, great people, course needs a lot of tlc, over all, i really enjoyed my round, and will be back...
Course layout is great, employees are very friendly. But the course was in horrible shape, some greens are unputtable. They have dropped there green fees but the course is in rough shape.
Worste up keep I have ever seen on a golf course.,.
Grass is so high I lost 2 boxes of balls. Greens are the worst. Its like putting in a sandbox. Will not be back
