our girl kami became ill overnight and call that next morning at 8am and they said come right on in be here by 845 to get her checked out thank goodness cause her symptoms was scarey for us, but dr neil says with her symptoms and running some tests she is probably allergic to our cats food that she sneaks into, i felt so bad not hiding it well enough so thats going to change, but dr neil is so nice and thorogh and we trust him with our baby kami thank you doc and staff so much happy new year
The most caring and compassionate staff I've ever met. I love that Dr. Heilman gets down on their level and tries to relax my dogs anxiety.
This place is amazing with our 2 dogs! They take their time and really check to make sure everything is OK.
Dr. Heilman and his staff are by far the most caring i have ever seen. They took care of bassett hound up till he passed and then sent me a lovely heart felt sympathy card with warm comments written. He is,the only vet i ever went to that laid on the floor to check my dog out so he didn't have to be lifted and the staff would also,sit on floor with him. A huge thank you to Dr Heilman and his staff. Due to my own oversight my elderly dog was out of two of his heart meds today. Because they close the office early on Wednesday, I couldn't get there in time to pick them up. One of the vet techs brought the meds by my house on her way home! A local business that takes extra good care of their clients! Way to make this Momma a happy woman!
We have entrusted the care of our terrier/shepherd mix for the last 10 years to the Olde Falls Road Vet. Practice. We have always been completely satisfied with the compassionate care we have found there and appreciated the time they have taken in answering our many questions.
