Old World Market provided the BEST customer service I have received in a LONG time! A friend of mine, who lives in Valpo, is going through a tough time dealing with her mother who is ill. I wanted to send her a charcuterie board to help with meals and to brighten her spirits. Excellent little shop! Gem, indeed. The charcuterie boxes are simply amazing. The staff is just great. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their inventory. Very happy I found this place.
The staff is amazing. Julianna took care of everything and even made a few suggestions on which cheese she thought we would like better. We will definitely be going back.
