Recently purchased a few items, cheese and sopressata....Next time please remove the skin from sopressata, it nearly choked us....made it difficult to eat, love your products... 3 other cheeses purchased are fine...thanks, just a suggestion, you may not even realize the issue with the skin... will not buy again.
I was ecstatic to find out they carried DuClaw Brewery's Sweet Baby Jesus porter. Then, my ecstacy was quadrupled when they agreed to order a case and save it for me. Coming from Madison, WI, the drive to Valpo was much better than the alternative, which would have been somewhere along the eastern seaboard. Thank you to Old World Market for doing this Wisconsinite a favor and we hope to be back soon.
My first visit to Old World Market was today, and I had a wonderful experience. The ladies working were very knowledgeable and helpful while making my purchase. Great customer service, I will definitely be back.

I just happened upon this gem while shopping downtown Valpo April 22. They happened to be hosting a free wine tasting event. The representatives at each of the three stations were knowledgeable and friendly. The staff inside was extremely helpful and the merchandise within spanned the globe. From exotic cheeses to the unique imported items, it is definitely worth a visit!
The best chicken salad I've ever had! Our go to place for sandwich meats, sides, beers, wines and chocolates. Thanks guys!
