THE BEST! Most kind, trustworthy and artistic! One visit and, you too will know! Sharing the joy I, and my family feel about Ken, an amazing artist. He is one of my favorite people...authentic and knowledgeable...not to mention a heart of gold that guides what he does with precious metal and stones!
Ken created an heirloom from an unwearable wedding ring and Spectrolite from an orphan earring. It is beautiful beyond my expectation, and Ken and staff are wonderful to work with. I'm grateful to have been guided to Old Way Heirloom Design, and wholeheartedly recommend them.
We went to every jewelry store in Traverse City looking for someone to take old outdated rings and turn them into something new. Between extravagant prices and rude owners, we almost gave up. Finally we got a recommendation and went to Old Way Heirloom Design. Instantly I felt comfortable, welcomed, and not pushed into making a decision. The end result made me cry and still makes me happy to see it on my finger. Ken and family are lovely :)
Ken is the MASTER of designers in traverse city! Everyone else has learned from his expertise. His custom work is exquisite and prices are more than reasonable. Please don't go to the "chain" store jewelers - he's the best! His assistant Kathy is second to none!! Thank you for my awesome collection- I wear them every day!!!
