Get directionsI was very please with OV and how they helped my 16 year old son. This was a scary time for me as a single mom who had tried EVERYTHING to help my son with no success until OV . The staff from the initial intake call to the exit everyone was amazing . They kept me informed and were very respondent to all my questions and concerns when I emailed or called. Dr Igbad & Ariel were life savers and helped to get my son back with some long awaited questions that were answered and medicine corrections. Even after my son was dischar... read more
These are the people that do nothing and write about real life patients it's called development of character. None of the illnesses are real in my perspective I am a person who falsely had his reputation destroyed by these people. These places are in my own perspective a pedophile diner for many rich benefactors.
Our child is currently at this facility and the entire staff is extremely rude! Our daughter was attacked by another patient there, and they never notified us of the attack until two days later. A nurse called our phone at midnight (a day after) when most people are in bed sleeping and left a voicemail of an 'incident' that happened involving our daughter. When we called the facility to inquire about the incident, they were extremely rude and said she wasn't attacked but punched. Isn't being punched being attacked??? The the... read more
I just spent a week at OVBHS. It was a horrible experience. I'm not particularly proud of the fact that I've had to reach out for help five or six times. In those instances, as well as in my 35+ years of work in either human services or direct customer service, I have NEVER witnessed this kind of disrespect shown to patients/customers in my life... I repeat... NEVER. Don't get me wrong. I was treated well... partially because of a high level of functioning, and the fact that I never questioned anything or anyone. Othe... read more
Worst facility we have ever worked with in the care of our daughter. A complete lack of communication between Drs, Therapist who have no no care for the overall success and healthy well being of the patient and the family in which the patient returns. The facility in my opinion uses mental health patients as numbers and dollar signs and seeks out especially military families to target. The Dr who we talked to once was rude, argumentative and threatening toward us as a family. Never send your child or lived one here, there ar... read more
This place is a joke. In fact, all mental health facilities like this are a joke as well. The employees treated us patients horribly, they do not take into consideration our mental health status and are absolutely disrespectful. One employee called another patient "annoying" while continuing to yell at me. They DO NOT have personal therapy sessions but rather half-assed group sessions that do not provide any actual support whatsoever. Another patient, who suffered from schizophrenia, or some form of disorder, had PUNCHED two... read more

Dr. T in the adolescents section is terrible at what she does. When you talk about how you feel she has no idea what you're talking about and makes you try to simply it so she can understand it. One of the aids came in to work high and fell asleep in the doorway when he was supposed to be watching us.
