PROSPECTIVE RENTERS BEWARE! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK. Mom and I spent 2 days cleaning my apartment to leave it spotless and I even have pictures of us cleaning it. We even clean the windows and had the brought out carpet washer to make sure it was spotless but the leasing office took almost $400 from my first months deposit claiming that the microwave had a spot in it EVEN THOUGHT IT WORKS PERFECTLY FINE! Great apartment. Very clean. The only disadvantage is there is not a lot of parking around
The responsiveness of the staff at their company has been amazing! It was a very busy time of the year to move and any issues that arose were promptly corrected. I am very happy with my rent with Old University Place.
They did a great job of making the rental process simple, and, most importantly, being timely about the maintenance once you're renting with them. Every time I've needed anything done, they've been at the house within 48 hours. Recommend Old University Place!
