Great apartment. Very clean. The only disadvantage is there is not a lot of parking around
The responsiveness of the staff at their company has been amazing! It was a very busy time of the year to move and any issues that arose were promptly corrected. I am very happy with my rent with Old University Place.
They did a great job of making the rental process simple, and, most importantly, being timely about the maintenance once you're renting with them. Every time I've needed anything done, they've been at the house within 48 hours. Recommend Old University Place!
I love my apartment, and there have been no issues in dealing with management. All of my maintenance requests were responded to by the next day. The staff I've interacted with have been friendly, courteous, and helpful. Answered all my questions during the search process and never tried to hide anything. Rent is very reasonable for the area.
