I like this brand because they offer the old fashioned kind which doesn't have soy. ( soy sauce) As a marinade ingredient. I have soy allergys as a lot of people do and with this being made I can go back to enjoying beef jerky again. Thank you Old Trapper. We are now subscribers and order regularly from your business.
