I purchased a package of beef jerky about 1 month ago to almost chip a tooth when I bit into buckshot in the jerky. I contacted customer service with my complaint and they did not seem concerned about the issue. I thought they could atleast offer to reimburse me for the $15 bag of jerky since I will no longer eat or but their products do to not wanting to have this issue occur again.

the best beef jerky ive had in a long time my favorite is hot and spicy it actually is other brands claim to be hot and spicy and it tatse like regualr beef jerky but not old trapper its actually spicy and good

I was so sick and tired of eating other dry sandy jerky brands. I was so over it I almost gave up on jerky all together. The first time I tried Old Trapper beef jerky it was like a breath of fresh air. It was so amazingly juicy, tender and packed with flavor that you can't eat just one piece...or one bag. It is amazing and I'll never go back to the old stuff! If you haven't tried it it'll change your life!

Normally I love your beef jerky! But today I bought a bag and it tasted so gross I couldn’t finish it. Super bummed since I was craving it! It won’t deter me from buying more though 😁

I don’t recommend companies that have lost their humanity. Prohibiting their employees not to eat in their cars during their lunch hour. Not to look at their phones during their lunch time. A time that they are not getting paid for. It is agains the law and that is taking advantage of the need of employment. Shame on the owner and their office staff for doing this. If I have 30 minutes for lunch that is my time and should be told what I can and cannot do. It’s my lunch time. Hope they get caught for doing this. I’m thankful ... read more
