It is beautiful place to go visit we went on a Friday night there was live music and the shops nicely go shopping and restaurants to eat.
Always a great time we go to a different restaurant each time we stop by love it

San Diego native and I still enjoy the park. They've done an excellent job bringing in new vendors and bringing the park back to its original feeling. Wonderful shops, excellent food and a history lesson all rolled into one!
I wandered out to old town Saturday night. The town had so much energy yet was calm. I didn't think I'd find parking but the first turn off the Main Street I found a spot. I was there on a solo trip. I felt safe and every shop and bar had the most welcoming people.
Was such a fun place to visit. So many cute little shops & so much history info to learn. And the BEST mexican food ever. Had shredded beef on my crisp taco and burrito. Best shredded beef I have ever tasted. Spiced just right and so tender. I was in heaven.
I always loved this historical landmark of San Diego. Very peaceful and a great learning experience for my children. Not to mention the authenticity of the food!!
If you love good live theater, make sure you attend a play at the Cygnet Theater in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. Many great Mexican restaurants and a beautiful park to wander through. Good shopping as well.
