I’ve worn glasses for approximately 20 years and in that time I have never had an experience quite like today’s. Dr. Rossello taught me more about my eyes in this one appointment than in all the others combined! I am very pleased with not only him, but his wonderful staff as well. Amanda, who checked me in and ran all of the routine tests, is very personable and really great at her job! Very clean. Very professional. As soon as I showed up I was greeted and saw the doctor in a very timely fashion. Other places in town should take note! This is how it’s supposed to be !
I've gone to Dr. R for about 4 years. I love the new office. Everyone is nice and thorough. My hubby and I thank him and the others for taking care of our eyes.
Great staff, great doctor. They always make sure everything is good with me before I leave. Also I’m loving my lily glasses I got here! Original and super cute! So glad I finally found a doctor who actually cares about my eyes and me as a person. Highly recommend Old Town Optique!
Excellent experience in every aspect! I was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The staff was very prompt and knowledgeable. Dr. Rossello was very personable and has the most up to date services to thoroughly examine the complete health of my eyes and how that relates to my overall health. He took the time to ensure my prescription was accurate and answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this facility without any reservations. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!
The facility is clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rossello is very knowledgable and takes time to explain things to his patients. It was very difficult trying to pick a pair of frames that I liked and the staff was very understanding and helpful. They were patient with me and helped me get the perfect pair. Highly recommended!
I had not been back to this office since 2015, and though almost all the staff was new, I was still welcomed like it was my first time. Remembering my first name, my family, and while waiting was offered coffee (dunkin doughnut k-cup) � thank you for welcoming me back guys �
