These people are so kind and sweet and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They are always so helpful with any questions you have and the lady that helped me gave me her honest opinions on what she thought I was looking for in glasses. Which helped a lot because my husband isn’t useful when it comes to that. I will continue going there as long as I’m here. I chose this office based on the great online reviews, and those reviews didn’t lie. We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door until the time we left. The doctor and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Love the location and office.
Dr.Rossello was very good! His staff (Charles) very rude, somehow old staff didn’t do their job right, but they are not taking responsibility for mistake, phone call “disconnected “ 3 times, and Charles sighed multiple times and accused me of being rude after I questioned whether he was going to write cc# on a sticky note ( I could hear him asking someone for sticky note and marker). Not returning.
Always have a great experience! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
