HUGE portions, legit carnitas and tomatillo salsa. Bring YO appetite!!!!!! The food is hot, tasty, rich in flavor and plenty of it!!!
I was eating dinner with my family and my mother n law found a hair in her meal and we mentioned it to our waiter and he said he would tell his manager and he never came so when we were going to pay again we asked him to speak to the manager again to no luck..I understand that the weekend is busy but I just wanted to let the manager know what we had found..I've been going there for the past 15 years and did not want a free meal just to give him a heads up..this is the first time that this has ever happend...

Always the best food. Everyone always shares their dishes to taste a little bit of different flavors. Best corn tortillas, chips and my favorite brunch dish is the Machaca plate! And.. may I add how good the margaritas are!!
Mexicans discriminate to others Mexicans, it's a shame! I feel down
It was good food, home made tortillas so you have to try the tacos. I tried 5 3 Chichén and 2 Asada. I wanted to mix it up and get some shrimp but the waiter said we can do that for the tacos. Is ok tho their were good tacos.
My favorite go to place, for the best molcajete and refried beans.
Absolutely the best. Only downside is they let too many vendors to hack you
There is no doubt Old Town Care is a San Diego favorite. I been coming hete for 28 years now and have never had a negative experience. Staff is professional and the food is always worth the wait. Thanks to the ownership and staff For caring enough to keep it awesome.
