Its was "good" overall, it was so busy that we had to ask numerous time for refills on our water and beverages. Portions are GREAT! Flavor is AWESOME but the timely service and time to get our food sucked. So overall, I'd give it a 3 stars.
I started off with a delicious bowl of albondigas and for dinner I had the flavorful and tender Chile Colorado. I love this place. My waiter, Andrew, was cute too. As a person who works in the service industry, don't forget to tip your waiters and bartenders.
Great for families or bar hopping. Service and food are great. Fresh and warm tortilla chips with salsa are superb. I had a shrimp burrito that was to die for with whole shrimp in every bite

A must do when in SD! Awesome food and service! Wonderful atmosphere! We live in El Centro Ca. and drive to San Diego just to eat here! ❤

Tried a couple of restaurants and was not impressed with the food at either place. Prices are high on food and the quality isn't that great. disappointed.
Only Mexican food place in San Diego that I will eat at. I have been going here for 30+ years. Food is wonderful, service is not-notch and they make their own tortillas everyday! Yummy...
Love the atmosphere, but food not as good as it used to b :-(
