By far the best place to eat in all of Northern KY. Frank is a professional chef by trade and has a great menu, everything made fresh.
OTC is like family. I eat there everyday I work downtown. We are neighbors in business I feel very welcomed here. Frank yesterday made me pancakes shape in U and L because he knows how much o love the Cardinals. Overall great place to eat and atmosphere!!!!
Had a wonderful time at Frank's! We were only in town a couple days but we found a the best place in Covington to get breakfast. Also their goetta and their home fries are amazing!
Great atmosphere, clean resturant, nice people and good food. I will go again.
