My wife, Bets, and I (Chris) have been very pleased with the great folks at Old Town over the past 30 or more years. We bought our first mountain bikes from John when the shop was in Old Colorado City. Yes, that long ago. Bets appreciates the great service fine-tuning her bike (despite not being an "extreme" athlete). And most recently, Ted fixed up my Specialized with new fork seals, a chain, and basic TLC. These guys helped us out at the last minute with getting our bikes on the road so we could go for a ride the same day! They also modified a bike we had just gotten for our son so that he can ride. These guys are awesome!!!
We had a wonderful experience today. My son needed his bike fixed and they showed him step by step what needed to be done.
Just bought a bike from there today and the service was wonderful. Paul helped us through the whole proccess. He spent over an hour helping me pick out and adjusting the bike from the seat, to adjusting the handlebars. Even helped me pick out helmets, gloves, maintenance kits, and tubes. I know little to nothing about bikes so he gave me a great start into the biking world.
