Super friendly staff! I had a minor repair on my bike's grip shifter and they had me in and out within a day. They even tightened up the handlebars for me just because the technician happened to notice they were a little loose. I'm going to them for all of my bike needs from now on. 😁
Weird. Unbelievably disrespectful and condescending attitude from service technician/employee during a demo bike rental on September 19, 2019. Don’t know his name, but the rental agreement delivery checklist checked-by initials were B.M.S. My brother was visiting from out-of-state. During the response to the COVID-19 outbreak, The old town bike shop has been reliable and able to work in a fashion that protects itself and its customers. I recommend this bike shop to anyone who is a new bike rider and looking for great service. The staff is amazing.
I left my bike there to get fixed a week ago and now your saying someone has contracted the virus and your shop is going to be closed till further notice . How do I get my bike back then ?! I need answers now not professional at all . Didn’t even call me to let me know they were closing the stores .

Friendliest staff of any bike shop I've been to! :) Also, the bike tech took the time to teach me/explain what he was doing. I've asked other bike shops to do as little as watch them work on my bike (to learn), and have been shunned, so that was really cool. :) 10/10
