RecommendedPaul Shields and I were in COS for the U.S. Paralympics Cycling National Championships. We twisted the axle of our bottom bracket, and were desperate to replace it. Chris Murray recommended this shop. OTBS let us borrow the tool (because the tandem was at the velodrome). We bought the replacement bottom bracket. The next day, we returned the tool and a growler from Phantom Canyon. Saved our Nationals. Thank you!!

bought my bike from here 10 years ago...brought it in for handlebar/grips/cable upgrade....asst. mgr helped me to pick out new bars and grips and make appoint to install....dropped off bike...dude forgot to order bars....when I did go pick up bike they didn't even install the new grips we decided on...not a good experience...Bummed
