This is an email I sent them after an appointment a week ago. Obviously I was concerned about the way my dog was treated but they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. Take it for what it's worth: Good Evening I know Cooper is a big dog and when he gets nervous he can seem pretty aggressive. Dr. Cross and her staff are the best I have come across in a long time. When it came to helping my baby in her final months, she was thorough, honest, and helped me give her the best life possible. Plus, anyone that can handle my big spoiled brat dog the way that they do deserves a metal.
The staff here are wonderful people and I would recommend them to anyone. They told me everything up front for my dog's surgery and kept me up-to-date. Will continue to see them
I have nothing but excellent remarks about Dr. Grier and Old Shell Road Animal Hospital. CASHEW has been with them since he was six weeks old and they have given my sweet baby much love, affection and attention as possible. She takes her time to speak with you to explain in detail anout her concerns of what is going on with Cashew. They go into detail about the care Cashew will receive and when he had surgery the staff was great giving me a minute by minute report of Cashew's progress. I LOVE THEM ALL!!!
