First time trying out Old School whole visiting Toronto for the weekend, no wait in line at all but the place was completely full... it was the most amazing brunch and the mimosas were delish! Loved the vibe and atmosphere, wouldn’t recommend if you like a quiet coffee shop type atmosphere the music pumps! :)
I had a wonderful experience while I was at Old School. My girlfriend planned out a brunch while I was visiting Toronto. I was wowed once my order arrives the Morning Glory. It looked good and boy did it tastes good. Our waitress didn’t get the name was very kind and welcoming. Over all a grand old time. I definitely recommend this joint.
My fiance and I are new to the area and decided to check out Old School for breakfast! Our servers name was Adrienne and she was quick, attentive and friendly. The food was incredible, and accommodated all of my requests. We will definitely be back!
Great service, amazing staff. They have a new chef who comes with a lot of experience. Stay tuned for a great new menu!!
Gosh I really wish I read these reviews before. Awful experience. They told us it was only a 15-minute wait for a table...turned out to be 45 min. Another 45 minute wait for the food. When it FINALLY came, it wasn't appetizing AT ALL. The avocado was brown, the salad wasn't fresh and the tiny portion of eggs were cold. Definitely not worth the wait nor the price. Seems like more effort was put into the decor than the service or food. Wish I had gone to McDonald's across the street instead.
I am not even sure where to begin. First we arrived at 1pm and told we would be seated and could order by 1:30pm. As time went on, my 4 friends and I asked for updates as it became closer to 2:00pm. We were on the verge of leaving when finally we got seated at 2:00pm. We express disappointment and no one seemed to care. We were constantly lied to about what time they could accommodate us.
