So I am on my big trip. I started in Chicago and ride to Key West Florida. I am now on my way to California then Route 66 back home. So I stopped in to get my 40,000 mile service on my 2014 Ultra Limited. They found my rear wheel bearings were shot, I needed new rear break pads and a new rear tire. They called me at 5:30 to tell me this and they close at 6:00. Told them to do the repairs but when could I get my bike. The people there were helpful but we will never trade a motorcycle while out of our state again. We were charged too much on sales tax ( we had already paid the taxes on the bike we traded in and they have the wrong tax bracket for our state) because they charge the tax in Arizona on the bike when you purchase but we are still trying to get a refund from the state of Missouri. Tawna, I think this is all handled now right? And as it turns out you paid $100 less in total tax by buying in Arizona. I sent you all 3 possible tax scenarios with the breakdown showing who took every dollar and none of it was us! 😁 Also, keep in mind, the dealer doesn't decide sales tax rules, we just play by them, so I'm confused why you are upset with us?? Thank you to all the staff, but especially your service department. I was in an accident (not my fault) and the front end of my 2015 TriGlide was truly crunched. The parts came in, in record time thanks to Brad. Thanks to Marco for working so hard to get me back on the road within 30 days. I appreciate all of everyone's effort.

I'm a snowbird here in Tucson for the winter! We were having problems with our CB on our 2015 trike and went for service to old pueblo's service dep't. Brad Massengale and his service specialists went over and beyond to get us in, troubleshoot and resolve the problem to get us back on the road quickly. They treated us like VIP's and we highly recommend Old Pueblo Harley Davidson!
Everyone is helpful and friendly. Kyle always takes time to come out to the parking lot to help me with my navigation system and other questions. Chris in parts is always there. Great service!
