Very friendly and honest staff. I showed up ten minutes before closing and they still helped me out. I would return in the future.
I am so happy I found Old Ox. Meg and the team are the best. They work on a variety of cars, and are honest when they’re not able to do a particular job. A huge plus is their Saturday availability which is such a rarity in the DC area. I highly recommend for all automotive services.
Old Ox is responsive, quick, and reliable. They are very communicative and price competitively for the DC area. Highly recommend.
Great neighborhood place. Good people, clear communication. I trust them when they explain which repairs are important and which ones can wait. Prices will be on the upper end, but I’ve never felt taken advantage of. Customer for 3+ years with a 10 year old CR-V. Would recommend avoiding Honda dealers in the DMV.
