I have lived at Old Orchard Apartments for almost 2 years now. Teresa, the property manager, is wonderful. If you have an issue, she handles it immediately. Maintaince is great. Issues always get fixed within a timely manner. When it snows, the parking lot is plowed and sidewalks are shoveled. Rent is reasonable and it is a safe area to be in. I highly recommend.
