Front desk needs to be changed. I don’t recommend
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Where do I even begin? Expect rent increases every year. Period. They do mass "intent to vacate" style eviction notices randomly for minor vehicle related infractions. Half of the people in my building woke up one day with threatening eviction notices taped to their doors. They told me the apartment would have new carpet by my move in date but the carpet was never replaced. It was falling apart and nails were sticking up at seams. I moved here from Alabama and Angela was kind, helpful, and easy to work with. My stay was wonderful mostly because it felt like home. No one bothered me and those I came in contact with were friendly. Angela made this a wonderful home. She was able to meet my needs quickly and courteously. Angela was able to accommodate my service dog and was kind and loving toward him. I recommend Old Orchard Apartments and would easily give the apartments a 10 of 10 And Angela 100 of 100. This place used to be wonderful. Through the years it has started falling apart. I would like to know where all the money I pay is going because it's not new amenities or fixing problems.
