Excellent stock choices, decent prices and great service….love this place, have both bought and sold jewellery here, always very satisfied.
If I went into a car dealer to make a $50,000 purchase and had to kick my heels in the showroom for 40 minutes but still hadn’t been attended to by the salesman, I’d never go back. This company is no different. They’ve completely sight of what service means.
If zero stars were an option they would get it . I have waited two years to write this review and my experience has stuck with me and feel I need to vent this to move on , I had brought In 34 grams of 10k and 14k gold not scrap good pieces looking to upgrade to a larger gold chain . Sensational… simply the most standup group that we have dealt with. Honest, clear, transparent and fair.
Yeah this was suuuper easy and given tthe current price of gold, I was frankly shocked by the price they offered me for my busted old gold chain. Great service and rates for sure :)
