Overall bad experience! We were with this company for probably close to a year. On numerous occasions, we were dissatisfied with the service. We provided suggestions on things we would like improved, however, were presented with a defensive attitude instead of willingness to work with us/offer up ideas for improvements. I would have even been open to the suggestion of paying more (for more time in our home) if it meant we would be happy with the results.
