Kind, caring and very knoledgeable. I love these dr.'s and the staff, the only place to take your pets
Everyone we worked with was wonderful. Our dog needed urgent care while we were in the area on vacation. They got us in quickly and provided her with exceptional care. Great bedside manner with the dog and me. I also appreciated the clear explanation of what was wrong along with detailed instructions. We are very glad we found this place.
Took my rabbit in to be spayed this past week and they did a great job. I was nervous bringing her in and they called and gave updates throughout the day. Charlie had a hard time recovering and rather than saying to wait it out, they had me bring her in every day to see them until she was eating and acting herself again. I scheduled an appointment at old lyme veterinary hospital for a second opinion on an acute medical matter another local vet had diagnosed. Not only was the staff friendly, the facility clean and very well run, my dog and I were treated with dignity and respect. We walked out with a wealth of knowledge, supplies and follow up support. No words could adequately describe my gratitude and confidence in the staff.
