RecommendedI absolutely love Old Lyme Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Neil, Jenn and his staff. Enzo loves visiting them at the vet. This past Friday we found a lump under Enzo's neck and were very concerned as he is only 10 months old and basically developed it over night. They know how crazy I am as a dog mom and even though they were completely over booked, they did not send us to the Emergency Vet Hospital to wait in our car for hours. staff rude. Billing changes from quote to finish almost double. constantly over charging! then claim an accident. save ur pet! ur respect and your cash!

Our dog Pebbles was hit by a car. We showed up after they were closed. The staff was on their way out for the day. They saw us coming, and raced inside to help.
