More than a Gym. This CrossFit box is amazing! They have classes for everyone, from kids to new beginners. The coaches here truly care about you. This place is like an extended family for me!
My fiancé and I dropped in at Old Line Crossfit for the Twelve Days of Thankfulness on Thanksgiving morning. Coach Kyle led the 30+ person WOD with a great sense of humor and professionalism. Prior to the workout, we went thru all movements and scaled appropriately. Good music, continual encouragement! This is a great box, super-well equipped, and a very welcoming community!
