excellent coaching in a supportive community
Found out about OL from a friend. Started with the 6-week challenge in Jan. What a great place to get in shape! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The coaches here make you feel comfortable and take the time to teach safe and proper form on the moves/exercises. I’ve never seen coaches this happy to teach scaledowns for strength or injury. Learned a lot about nutrition too. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Old Line Crossfit. Great atmosphere, exceptional coaches, and a clean & spacious workout space. If you’re weary about the crossfit hype give this place a shot. The coaches break down every movement and provide alternatives for every limitation. Everyone wants to see you succeed, but come in ready to work because the workouts are intense.

Old Line Crossfit has helped me develop a healthy lifestyle. I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have. The coaches and trainers are knowledgeable and create a safe and fun environment to help you achieve your fitness goals! I would reccomend this gym to anyone!
Large gym with lots with a lot of space, racks and benches for a-lot of people work outs. Great trainers thar take the time to explain the movements and coach, Plus they are motivational. Group work outs can range from smaller groups of 5 to sometimes larger groups 20ish. I like the bring the friend ability on weekends. Did the 6 week challenge and it was very aggressive and strict for my body type but I saw a lot of improvements!
I didn't think cross fit was for me. I have had knee issues from hockey and thought it would ruin me. I was wrong. I enjoyed the high intensity workouts mixed with the strength portion. The coaches were incredibly knowledgeable and I learned a ton about form and the correct way to build your body. Old Line's gym is big and can accommodate a lot of people.
