Dropped in for a class today, and it was awesome. In fact, it was one of the best drop in experiences I have ever had in CrossFit! Such a welcoming community. We had a partner workout and I was easily paired with an awesome guy - thanks Derick! If you’re looking for a CrossFit home (or a great drop-in option) run - don’t walk - to Old Hickory CrossFit.

Love my coaches like I love my family - because they show me that kind of support! I’ve always been the active type, but not the kind that goes to the gym. So starting daily workouts for the first time in my 30s probably should have been difficult…but the coaches at Old Hickory CrossFit have made it so easy, allowing me to save all my mental and physical energy for my workouts.
