These reviews are shocking. While his staff was courteous he wasn't at all. Dr. Freeman was very rude, unprofessional, and downright hateful. I've never been more insulted by a supposed professional in my life! If you want a doctor to talk down to you and treat you like nothing he's your guy!
Dr. Freeman is a great pediatrician, he really takes time up with the parents as well as his patients. And he has a wonderful staff

Me and my girls love Dr. Freeman and also his staff....dey make you feel like family... He is the best Dr in Richmond, Va....and i recommend him 2 anybody thats lookn for a good Dr....
Dr. Freeman has been my children's doctor for over 10 years and has always been very through and informative. He goes far and beyond for his Kid's. Thanks Dr. Freeman from your Favorite Family lol Jalin Josiah and Jamison Traynham
