I was contacted on the day of the booking with a rude request to cancel and not book with them or their other business again due to it being a "local booking" when i had clearly selected that i was booking on behalf of someone else, and when i explained that the guest was NOT local and was making a 3 hour trip to come and see me, my message was ignored and they asked me again to send a cancellation request on a room that is non refundable.
Overall 7.5/10 The Good: clean. I wasn't too sure with the mixed reviews, maybe some miscommunication there. For the price, what you get is decent. Expect a motel, not a 4, 5 star hotels and you won't be disappointed. They use one off key combination that wouldn't work once you check out, so no security issues here like what mentioned by others. Left my phone charger behind and called to pick it up. Problem is they don’t have an office. Great for their bottom line, terrible for customer service. Guy was rude and insulting when I called. They give you a room but that’s it, no consideration or respect.
Booked a queen room which I didn’t even stay the night in when I arrived. Opened the door to an unmade bed, trash still in the rubbish bin, bathroom fan still on, bathroom amenities open and the towels on the floor. It felt like someone had just stepped out of the room for a moment. Like quite a few other reviews, I was incredibly concerned that the code I had been given had not been changed out since the last occupant of the room. I do not recommend as this place is incredibly unsafe, even if the location is good.
