Amazing customer service experience! Reached out while at work as I needed a cake this evening. My messages were promptly answered by the young lady that I met when visiting the store... she provided me options and recommendations - and reserved me a cake while I drove over there. Everyone loved the chocolate cake! And I loved the appreciation showed to me as a customer :). Thank you!
