The inconsistency makes old Chicago a headache. This place consistently messes up orders. Out of ten orders, eight of them will be wrong or missing items. It’s not just small mistakes either — we’re talking about entire sides, all the sauces, or even half the food (like ordering 10 wings and getting only 6). They clearly have no quality control. Salty food. Bad service.
It is incredibly disrespectful to people that have completed the beer tour to have their plates taken down for new people. I’m not surprised at all that they shut the doors. Old Chicago is garbage.
I have eaten here several times over the years. Tonight was the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. My husband and I started in the bar area. After 15 minutes of waiting and not being approached by a server we moved over to the dining room hoping for better service. We were seated quickly and our drink order was taken along with our food.
