I loved the food very much, I was surprised to see they had stone ipa, my first time here and looking forward to come back soon
Was not very happy with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Went into the men's restroom and it looked like a bomb went off in there. Paper towels on the floor and a urinal was ripped from the wall.
The woman's restroom was horrible. Toilet paper and paper towels everywhere on the floor. Both paper towel dispensers were empty. I informed an employee and they said they were aware of it. Obviously they were taking their time tending to it. Our waitress spent 3/4 of our time there visiting with friends at another booth. We are regular customers but considering going to a different location or a different restaurant next time.
One of my favorite spots great service and the food is always top notch.
Service tonight was deplorable. Being four beers away from finishing the WBT I know a bit about what my bill should be. I stated I would not be returning to this location. The server could care less. And they weren't even busy. A whole two tables. When I brought the bill to the manager, she stated any new beer that doesn't come in a pint glass is not eligible for the late night menu, even though it's not high alcohol nor an import. By far the worst Old Chicago in Wichita. Inaccurate service (if you go always check your tab because it is often wrong and not in your favor). Disinterested and unfriendly staff and it starts at the General Manager who is rude and cliquish. I enjoy Old Chicago but won't go back there. It's broken and they don't appear to want to fix it.
