FOOD POISONING ROUND TWO. Ugh. Do NOT eat at this place. Two out of the two times I’ve given this place a chance I’ve gotten severe food poisoning. I thought it was location based, as the first time I tried the location in Old Town, but it seems healthy practices are not something this company cares about. My self and my friends all have the same symptoms, again, two for two. Good pizza and other food. Also, very good selection of beer and specials for football season. They show all the NFL games. Join their rewards to get good deals.
Worst customer service called in a pizza order . Said we will be there in 10 to 15 minutes . When we get there they have to ask if we can dine in ! Omg ! They weren’t even busy ! Will never go back there ! Don’t recommend this location to anyone !
Always excellent food,beer, and service! Whether I sit bar side or dining side, the folks working there have been great to my family and I. Pleasant and knowledgeable bartenders and servers.
Had poor service yesterday, The server was super awkward about the whole thing. She said they were packed busy but I have seen it packed, We had another server bring our food out and had to ask a second server for straws and refills. The cheese on a grilled cheese wasn't cooked all the way, It looked and tasted like plastic. I've never had a problem with the west Old Chicago.
