My husband called there the day before we were planning on going to get a reservation since it was for my birthday because we were going to be a party of 10-12. They said they don't do that for Friday nights but they have been really slow lately so there shouldn't be any issue seating us. We get there at 6:15 pm and were told it would be 30 min wait because they just seated a large party. We were left several times needing drinks or food items. Worst service ever. 6 beers away from the hall of foam. Not sure we will be back.
Good food, inattentive and uninformed service. We watched our waitress texting on her phone for several minutes long after our food and beverages were gone. Other staff noticed us waiting and did nothing to alert her, just worked around her as she texted.
Slow service. Seems to be understaffed for a Saturday night. Food was average. We thought the price for the meal was high compared to other restraunts. However, the server was good and a mistake with our food was rectified nicely.
The food served was very good and so was the service.
The best Italian nachos ever. They always have great drink specials also and the servers are accommodating. Nice ambiance.
