Really good food and great staff!
Arrived at 11:30 AM, ordered and got part of our order. Waitress ignored us, treated us disrespectfully, FINALLY got 2 waiters attention. Asked to speak to manager, told she is busy, We were told that if we are unhappy, leave. We left without our food. Went to Panera, next door. My friend's husband went into Old Chicago and asked why the manager would not come to our table. He was told that the restaurant was busy. No apology and treated very curtly. Don't know if we will ever return.
Worst experience ever !!! Once my mother and I were served drinks our waiter said he would be right back (LIE!!!) We waited a good 15 minutes watching the waiter walk by several times and stop and talk to other customers . We simply left after being ignored several times. Worst service we have ever had !
great service recovery...had an issue when we came in, but manager took care of it and then some. thankful for sharp people who are willing to step in and make the save with good customers! thanks!!
Horrible service. Went there for lunch and we were told the kitchen was out of the food we ordered, and also the beer we wanted. Went back again later that week and waited 5 minutes to be waited on at the hostess station to be told it would be 15 minutes for a table and 45 minutes for food. Our friends were already there waiting for their food with a table right next to them empty. It took them 45 minutes to get drinks from the bar and their appetizers.
