At 1:59 they straight yelled across the restaurant ‘we’re closing”. I get that y’all close at 2 but I’ve worked in the restaurant industry since I was 14 and NEVER would such a thing have been acceptable. I likely would have been fired from any job, including my current if I had done so. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Last time I’ll tip $12 on a $37. Sad excuse for customer service.
Good food
We have always enjoyed coming to Old Chicago on Powers. Food, service, the loyalty club, coupons and drinks will always have that restaurant as a place to go.
This was my first time eating here, I will say the calzone was delicious!!! The waitress we had was awful...took forever for her to come take our order and she would just disappear. Took her 10 minutes to bring me sugar for my iced tea.
Great place over the top great service
The food was good. The waiter was great. But the fact that we had to sit in the bar in uncomfortable backless barstools and no foot rests was unacceptable. Not only did they t kill my back, but the music so loud it was hard to hear the people I was trying to have a conversation with.
Our favorite place to eat and get some very good food. Service has always been fantastic.
